With over 4 years of experience as a Product Designer, I believe that people don't buy products or services, but rather the value we deliver to them. Previously, I had the opportunity to work on projects involving IoT, artificial intelligence, and building infrastructure.

Currently, I am enhancing global design practices within the company, leading the entire product strategy and designing end-to-end processes for platform users, as well as managing the product backlog and the technology team's backlog. Recently, I participated in a project that led to increased user retention on the platform and a 216% increase in the value of the flagship subscription.
